If during the first 30 days of your subscription, you decide HMISnow.com is not right for your agency or group, Bell Data Systems will refund your full non-prorated subscription fee. To request a refund, please contact Bell Data Systems, Inc. at 1-800-594-0460 to request a refund.

Refunds will not be issued if the request for refund is not received within 30 days of your original subscription date.

Your data is your data. If you have used HMISnow.com for less than 30 days and have requested a refund, Bell Data can provide you an export file of your data in the HUD HMIS XML schema. There will be a one time charge of $150 to prepare the export file.

Subscriptions expire 1 year from the original purchase date. You will be notified of the upcoming expiration of your subscription directly within the HMISnow.com application as well as through email communication. Failure to renew the account by the subscription anniversary will result in the deactivation of all user names associated with the subscription. If your account has been deactivated due to non-renewal, you can reactivate your account by contacting Bell Data Systems directly at 1-800-594-0460 and renewing your subscription. Please note that subscription renewals are not covered by our Refund Policy. No Refunds will be given on renewals.

All data related to non-renewed accounts will be deleted by Bell Data Systems no sooner than 30 days after the expiration of the subscription.

Your data is your data. If you decide not to renew your HMISnow.com subscription, you can request to receive a copy of your agency data in the HUD HMIS XML schema. There will be a one time charge of $150 to prepare the export file and all requests for data must be received within 30 days of your subscription expiration date. Bell Data Systems, Inc. is not responsible for any loss of data due to expiration of subscription data deletions that take place 30 days or more after the subscription expiration date.

HMISnow.com is designed to provide essential HMIS data collection and reporting. For those agencies that need a full case management solution, Bell Data Systems, Inc. also offers their Client Services Network (CSN)application. CSN is a browser-based software solution for the social service industry. The application's unique design incorporates the various operating needs of social service agencies, while providing a common platform for data collection and reporting within an agency group or Continuum of Care (CoC).

Agencies that decide to upgrade to the CSN product will receive a credit equal to the unexpired pro-rated HMISnow.com subscription fee towards a subscription to CSN.
