HMISnow.com pricing is based upon the number of annual user licenses. The base pricing is $1,100 for 3 user licenses and one administrator license for one year. Additional user licenses are sold in groups of 3. Each additional 3 user licence package is $700. Up to 30 users from a single Continuum of Care can be on the same account.
Base Pricing $1,100 per year per agency.

Pricing Details to Remember
Base pricing includes one administrator and 3 user licenses. Additional groups of 3 user licenses can be purchased up to a total of 30 per CoC. 
Up to 5 agencies within a Continuum of Care can be linked for data sharing and reporting.
Concurrent users are the number of users on the system at any one time. You get unlimited user ID's, but the system limits the number of people online at the same time to the number of licenses purchased.
